Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?
We offer Free Shipping across all orders for orders above Rs.3000 for delivered within India For delivery outside India, the shipping charges vary according to the weight of the package.
How much time does it take to dispatch my order?
Your order would be dispatched within 24-72 hours of the order being placed. You will receive a tracking link (via WhatsApp) once the order has been dispatched. For Personalized Jewelry Orders, it takes around 14-20 days for us to dispatch the order.
How much time does it take to deliver the order ?
We work with all leading logistics partners in India to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your jewellery. It might take us upto 72 hours to dispatch your order, once the order is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched from our store, most of the deliveries are completed within 6-8 business days (depending on your location).
What is personalized jewellery ?
Personalized Jewelry is a beautiful customized piece of jewelry that bears your or your loved one's name engraved on it. Also we customize jewellery in 92.5 silver.
How much time will it take to deliver my personal jewellery order?
Please note that all personalised jewellery is made to order and therefore once you place the order with us, it takes us about 14-20 days to prepare the jewellery, QC it, and get it ready for dispatch. Delivery takes another 6-8 days on average. So overall, delivery of a personalised jewellery order takes about 21-30 days
