Exchange/Refund Conditions
Thank you for choosing White Rose, where elegance meets craftsmanship in our luxury Fashion Jewellery, Demi-Fine Jewellery and Gifting. To preserve the exclusivity and quality of our creations, we do not accept returns or refunds on orders once placed. However, we offer exchanges under specific circumstances.
We are here to help if Conditions for Return/Refund:

You receive a product that differs from the one ordered.

The product is damaged upon delivery.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at contactwhiterose@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.
In such cases, kindly email us at contactwhiterose@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a picture of the product. Unfortunately, requests beyond this timeframe cannot be processed.
Package Opening Video Requirement:
When you receive the PALMONAS package, record a video of unboxing so if there is any problem with the product e.g., a damaged product/product is missing in the box / received the wrong product and submit it with the return/exchange claim. Then it will be easy for us to assist at the time you raise a return / exchange request.
Note: if you claim for the missing product in your order, It is important to have an unboxing video.
Without this, we won’t be able to take any action on the issue !!
Please Note:
- Exchanges without prior communication will not be accepted.
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to exchange orders.
- Products purchased from third-party platforms or stores are not eligible for exchanges
- Missing items or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to our Customer Support Team at +91 77109 25760
- If a customer wants to visit the store/office to return or exchange a product,they must make a prior appointment.

If an order is returned, the accompanying free gift must also be returned.
For Buy 2 Get 1 or a Buy 1 Get 1, a customer must return all 3 products if they wish to return one. - If a customer fails to hand over the product at the time of pickup for return or exchange, they are to self-ship the product.

When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need proof of return by you.
Exchange Policy (India)
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Customized orders and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- A product can be exchanged only once per order.
- Customers will bear a ₹500 pickup and re-shipping fee (PAN India).

If you want to exchange your product with another product of
lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of a credit note. - Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
- No discount will be given on exchange orders.
Repair Policy (India)
We are delighted to offer a Lifetime Warranty on White Rose jewelry. Repairs due to accidental damage will be provided free of charge. A nominal fee of ₹500 (including shipping) applies for repair requests to cover logistics.
Our team will assess the damage and confirm if repairs are possible.
Steps for Exchange & Repair
- Inform us at contactwhiterose@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and product image.
- Once approved, carefully repack the product in its original packaging and send it to our billing address.
- The product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for exchange. Used products sent for exchange will be returned to the customer, and the exchange will not be processed.
- The exchanged or repaired product will be dispatched after quality checks.
- Shipping for exchanges may take longer than usual, subject to stock availability.
Cases Where Refund/Exchange is Not Applicable
- Pre-orders or customized orders.
- Used or tampered products.
- Minor color/design variations due to screen differences or handcrafted nature.
- Incorrect or outdated shipping addresses.
- Orders where delivery attempts failed.
In case of approved refunds, only the product value will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before dispatch. If dispatched, cancellations cannot be accommodated. In such cases, customers may choose to exchange their purchase for products of equal or higher value.
