No. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

• No cash refund is issued to the original payment method. The amount paid is converted into store credit / adjustment value against another eligible White Rose purchase.
• For Partial COD orders cancelled before dispatch, the amount already paid is also converted into store credit rather than refunded in cash.

Yes. White Rose offers a 7-day exchange request window from the date of delivery, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements and inspection.
